7.0Location and price. Old tired rooms but clean and renovated.
− The pair of underwear hanging in the cupboard and the shower was terrible.

9.0The property was exceptionally clean in the room & the grounds. Large room with 3 beds & everything we needed for a night away. The ladies in reception were lovely, chatting to my 6 year old grandson & having a laugh about footy.
− If I had to nitpick I’d say the mattress was too soft.

9.0room is always well presented and cleanliness of room and bathroom has always been good which is why we stay fairly regularly whenever we visit family in Cowes.
− one small problem was with the ceiling fan and heat lamps was that the heat lamps would go on and go back off within minutes

We had a short stay to visit family. It was freezing but our room was warm and cosy to come back to.
