Satisfactory for what I needed but not cosy and comfortable

The owner-receptionist was very welcoming engaging and pleasant. The room was quiet.

− The rooms and decor certainly need a bit of an upgrade. Much as the owner was really nice and friendly I would next time get a more pleasant Airbnb for the same money. So to me, standard of room was not value for money. I would have thought about 120-130 per night. Air con very noisy.

We were surprised that the room provided a table and chairs for meals but no cutlery or crockery except old cups and saucers. There was no toaster so we had to have dry bread fro breakfast.
