− No lifts- had to carry bags upstairs- however, staff offered to help if we needed it.
Misleading room description and poor value for money with inadequate parking.
4.0Clean and in good condition but very small. Staff friendly and helpful.
− This small hotel room with a kitchenette was described as a Studio Apartment which is simply misleading (bordering on false advertising). I have stayed in many hotel rooms with a kitchenette and a lounge area that were much larger than this small room. There was no lounge area in this Quest hotel room. Another issue was there was inadequate parking for the number rooms which appeared to be caused by about 11 car spaces being reserved for car hire of some sort. I was required to park in an adjacent property which was unsatisfactory. This did not meet my expectations and was poor value for money.
