10.0We really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed by the host Simone, who was very friendly and helpful. Our accommodation was on the second floor and had a lovely mountain view. It wasn't the most modern accommodation and could do with a few updates, but everything was very clean, tidy, and worked perfectly. It offered great value for the price. The apartment gave us plenty of space. The location was excellent—only a three-minute walk to the hot pools. We also appreciated the environmentally friendly approach. Coffee and Milo were provided in reusable containers instead of individual single-use packets, and toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel were supplied in refillable dispensers rather than mini bottles. The shower had excellent water pressure, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the beds were very comfortable. We would happily stay here again.
