10.0Very affordable and the location was spot on. The owner was very nice and accomodating. Our room was spacious, beds were super comfy and the room was nice and cozy.

A good cost-effective overnight option when passing through Palmerston North.
7.0Although reception was unmanned at the time I arrived and left, the staff were excellent ringing me in advance of my arrival to let me know where to find the key, and turning the heat pump on to heat the room.
− There was a lot of noise coming through from the adjoining room, with the guests staying in there carrying on until after 11pm.
