− Stains on the carpets, stains on the bed coverings, no toilet roll holder, shower rose hose leaked at both ends. No one was there at reception when I turned up and no one answered the phone number.

− cockroaches in room ,most nights, moved rooms still a problem..then given a box of chocolates from staff that were 4months expired..asked for a portion of a refund but was declined..will not be going back

− It was dirty. Mould in the shower. No bedspread. No extra blanket. Guttering was broken so noisy with the rain. Dining table dirty.
