Avoid this resort unless you want to risk being marooned in this flood prone location .
1.0The management of this resort is disgraceful.
− The management needs to understand that the location they are in is prone to flooding on the access roads which can be an issue if you need to leave the property or risk being marooned in this isolated spot accessible by ferry.

9.0Peaceful location with friendly staff and well maintained facilities. Wild unspoilt beach. Easy access to Ballina cbd via the ferry. Spacious and uncrowded.
− Not safe to swim in the sea.. There was one grumpy big dog barking at all the other dogs walking past.
