A lovely stay and in a great location

Will definitely stay again and we are already recommending it to friends and family.
9.0Everything in our room was fabulous and our check in hostess was exceptional. Bedding, linen, size of room was sensational.
− Restaurant was not open which meant we had to drive to town for dinner. Room service and bar menu was too limited. We had to book through booking.com to get a better price than calling directly. Found this inconvenient as we booked last minute and we were on the road. I called reception and they advised to book online. Found this unusual as every other accommodation on our road trip gave us the competitive price if we called direct.

Thank you for having us. I don’t think I would stay here again.
6.0It was close to the main town area. It had restaurants available on site.
− The property seems run down. The pool facilities need updating and the common areas need regular cleaning. Rubbish was left lying around the pool area over the time of our stay. There was no lock on the bathroom door and the sliding door would keep opening on its own. The room temperature was way too hot. It felt suffocating, without any air coming through.
