7.0Loved the heatpump! The Big comfortable bed, and the huge Television. The view of the mountain would have been amazing if the clouds had allowed.
− I didn't receive the promised check in information via text and found the check-in process a bit lacking, Noone answered the intercom, so I had to call (I also had to call on behalf of other guests who didn't have a working phone). The bathroom fan was horribly noisy and the key didn't work in the lock, so I had to leave my room unlocked whilst out for dinner.

7.0Was very central to all shops and restaurants. Road a little noisy but when you have views from your windows looking over Ruaphue you can put up with it.
