− Water pressure. Only Foxtel options on tv. View on patio area was blocked by shrubbery/hedges.

− Oven did not work. Dirty bathroom. Had to clean everything before leaving. Aircon was not effective. Overpriced. Pool was supposed to be heated but was cold.
