− Was a very weathered unit needed some paint work and very basic curtains broken and sliding door to balcony was very stiff and weathered

We had a great stay. Beautiful view. Walking distance to everything. Definitely our fave staying in Surfers so far.

The view was sensational! Very clean and well supplied. Walking distance to Cavill ave and all shops and restaurants.

− Nothing I didn’t like. Only suggestion is perhaps extra doona/ blanket during cooler months.

− It was filthy dirty, they charged us $100 to reconfigure the beds however apparently did not notice the utter filth and did not clean it, we did not stay at the venue we ended up booking an alt ER bate room at the Oaks.

The location, first and foremost. Right on the water, the views were unparalleled. The location was also convenient as it is walkable to in and around Surfers.
