Being a 10 year airbnb host it was Disappointing for the price.

− Clearer check in procedures Doona was stained. 3 sugars & 1 coffee satchels for 2 Days Under a cover the couch was in a state of disrepair with bits peeling off. Certainly not worth $300 a night.

− Black mould growing in the room. Shower screen door damaged. No tea or coffee provided. Being told they didn’t have my booking yet approving my check in.
Nothing to recommend it
1.0− Where to start? So little room in the bedroom that we had to stash our bags in the bathroom. No door, only a curtain between bathroom and bedroom. Whole building very run-down, holes in walls, rusty guttering. Only one partly used toilet roll for a three night stay. Not enough milk for a three night stay for two people. One mug, one wineglass, 2 dessert spoons and one teaspoon was all that was provided, and the TV wasn't working (one children's channel with no sound.) When the responsible person was contacted re these deficiencies he grudgingly said that he would "tell the cleaners." On the last evening of our stay two mugs and a wineglass appeared on a table outside our room, but no indication that they were intended for us.

7.0Großes Zimmer, alles notwendige war vorhanden. Heizdecke machte den Aufenthalt angenehmer, es war sehr kalt im Raum (kalte Periode).
− Nicht ganz durchdacht, z.Bz Vorhänge zu schmal. Insektengitter vorm Fenster hatte Riesenloch. Lampen gingen t.w. nicht zum Einschalten. Lampe im Bad sehr verdreckt / staubig.
