Close to whale nursery friendly and helpful staff

− Bathroom was a bit small but manageable. Central toilet block was being renovated but if available would have made life much more bearable

got a friendly greeting on entry to the reception area. and was questioned that i had been there before and they remembered me. great hot water in shower, pillows and bed very comfy. heating worked well.

− no hand towel or face washer in the bathroom I think perhaps the option of hot chocolate would be good for those that don't drink either tea or coffee
