9.0I loved the location and the layout of the cottage, the spa was such a treat.
− The spa water was a little dirty. Also be good to have spare towels or atleast two sets each. One for spa and one for showers.

Overall we enjoyed our stay which was very comfortable. The Nespresso machine was much appreciated.
8.0− We were unaware that the road to Tekapo was closed on the 8th July. We tried to call the number provided but didn't get through to anyone to speak to. It was disappointing that we were not able to even get a partial refund. When we arrived the following day we had to spend quite a while digging out the snow so that we could park our car by the cottage. There was no shovel so we had to use a tiny spade we had in our car.
Perfect location and quaint stay
10.0Location is perfect to walk and explore the area, just down from the Church. It snowed a ridiculous amount when we were there which was amazing and the host kindly came by to check on us and also have us move our car so that we weren’t snowed in the next morning- life saver! Overall we loved the cottages and would def recommend
− Beds were a little hard and rooms took a while to warm up. But we were still comfortable enough
