The situation in a woodland property was nice. The interior was nice , although probably more rustic than luxury. It was good to have an open fire, because the living area was cold without it : perhaps a heat pump as well would be a good idea. We had to get lots more firewood from the woodpile especially kindling as we lit the fire each morning and evening. The living area was quite dark. The ducks outside were very noisy all night which was a bit disturbing. Overall however a different experience from amotel and rather like a rustic mountain cabin, so I would happily return.

Home away from home is the best way I can describe this property it is well appointed and beautiful presented it has everything you need and more we were very pleased and loved our stay I would highly recommend to others. Andrew and Jo
