Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à Intendência (Mirador), na esquina da Av. 18 de Julio, a 10-15 minutos a pé dos principais pontos do Centro e Ciudad Vieja. Quarto confortável com limpeza diária. Chuveiro com banheira, frigobar e ar condicionado.

− Café da manhã simples, sem muita variedade para quem se hospeda mais de 2 ou 3 noites. Academia com poucos aparelhos, antigos. Menu desatualizado no serviço de quarto.

Hotel muito bom!! Quarto espaçoso com tudo que precisamos para uma excelente estadia. Café da manhã não tem muitas opções mas é bom. Tem garagem no próprio hotel, o que ajuda muito quando se está com carro. E os funcionários foram muito cordiais e atenciosos. Também gostamos da localização, fácil de conhecer a cidade andando.

− Não tem elevador da garagem para o hotel, então é necessário tirar as malas na rua ou então subir/descer 2 lances de escadas.

Atendimento cordial de todos os funcionários é o único ponto bom do hotel.

− Fiquei 1 semana neste hotel com meu marido e minha filha. De cara, a limpeza dos quartos era deprimente: muito pó nos móveis, lençóis velhos e amarelados, mas o pior eram as toalhas do banheiro: algumas estavam rasgadas, muito velhas, parecendo lixa. Quando abria a torneira para escovar os dentes, o cheiro da água lembrava esgoto. Além disso, o banheiro não tem um box, mas tem CORTINAS DE PLÁSTICO envelhecidas, cheirando mal, parece um filme de terror: além de grudar na pele, ainda molhava todo o banheiro. De chorar. O café da manhã também foi outra grande decepção: poucas opções comíveis, panqueca e pão de queijo duros feito pedras, não tem opção de frutas (somente uma salada de frutas estranha). E se alugar um carro, precisa se preparar para desembolsar 20 dólares por diária.
