Super Auszeit in herrlicher Umgebung.
8.0Es war ein sehr nettes Häuschen, in dem wir eine Woche Auszeit genießen durften. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und auf der Terrasse konnte man den Tag ruhig ausklingen lassen. Parkplatz vorm Haus ist natürlich optimal. Wir haben zwar in der obersten Reihe gewohnt, aber waren in ca. 2 Min. am Wasser, bzw. auch Bootsverleih. Der Bootsverleih ist eine gute Empfehlung, da hier ohne Führerschein motorisiert bis 15 PS gefahren werden kann. Echt toll. Räder kann man sich direkt vor Ort ausleihen und auf dem Uferradweg eine schöne Runde um den Scharmützelsee drehen.
− Bei einer tollen Bewertung bleibt eigentlich nicht viel Spielraum für Kritik, aber zwei Sachen möchte ich doch noch anführen. Auf das kostenlose Wlan sollte man sich nicht zu sehr verlassen. Es war mal da und dann auch wieder nicht. Das zweite ist das Sofa. Hier wäre mal wieder eine Neuinvestition nötig, da man teils auf der nackten Unterkonstruktion sitzt. Wie gesagt, dies sind Anmerkungen und sollten das Gesamtergebnis nicht zu sehr schmälern.

− Leider gibt es auf dem Gelände keine Möglichkeit Schrippen zu erwerben, naja war ein Morgenspaziergang ins Nachbardorf von 4km retour.

8.0Die Badestelle liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Perfekt um jeden Morgen ins Wasser zu hüpfen.
− Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Irgendwann wird eine Erneuerung erforderlich sein. Im Wohnzimmer würde zumindest an einem Zimmer ein Fliegengitter sehr helfen.

3.0Gefallen hat die Sauberkeit des Hauses,Sauna, Whirlpool, Küche und Utensilien für den Haushalt. Der Service der Mitarbeiter und deren Handlungen ebenso.
− Keine Gase an den Fenstern im Untergeschoss, wodurch man die Terrassentüren nicht offen lassen konnte, da sonst Fliegen, Wespen etc Zugang gehabt hätten. Keine Alternativen Lüftungsmöglichkeiten, wie z.b. Ventilatoren. Da das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, war an Schlaf nicht zu denken, wenn es am Tag warm draußen war. Die Couch ist für zwei Personen ausgerichtet. Bei einer möglichen Kapazität von 4+2 Personen für dieses Haus, ist an einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend nicht zu denken. Wie waren nur zu dritt, aber die Couch ist so ungewöhnlich, erst Recht, wenn man sie ausklappt. Unmöglich darauf zu liegen. Des weiteren hat die Terrasse keine Überdachung, sodass man bei Regen zwingend ins Haus muss. Von Privatsphäre kann auch keine Rede sein, da die Trennwände zum Nachbarn wie Treppen gestaltet sind und man sich direkt die Hand geben kann. Wenn sie wenigstens in einer Höhe wären, hätte man nicht das Gefühl stets beobachtet werden zu können. Die Zimmertüren im oberen Bereich sind die nächste Katastrophe. Wenn man nachts aufsteht,, um ins unteres Geschoss zur Toilette zu gehen, leise sein und niemanden wecken möchte, ist das unmöglich, weil die Türen laut Knarren und quietschen. Zudem begannen am Montag um 9 IUhr Häckselarbeiten von Totholz, direkt vor unserem Fenster. Von ausruhen und Erholung keine Spur. Erwähnt werden kann, dass die Arbeit nach zweimaliger Beschwerde von uns eingestellt wurde. Die Betten sind auch sehr schlecht, unbequeme Matratzen sowie zu kurz für Menschen mit einer Körpergröße ab 1.75m. Der zur Anlage gehörige Strandabschnitt ist ein Witz. Es passen eine Hand voll Menschen auf das schmale Stück Wiese. Ansonsten muss man sich auf das Stück Wiese direkt vor die anderen Ferienhäuser legen, was erstens sehr unangenehm und zweitens ebenso wenig ausreichend ist. Wenn sie Anlage voll besetzt ist, kann da jedoch nicht mal ein Viertel der Gäste Sonne und Strand genießen.
