9.0El ambiente del palacio, el balcón al patio y su ubicación.
Che peccato: ostello in una posizione fantastica, un palazzo con carattere, ma in totale abbandono!
6.0Il palazzo di per se é molto caratteristico e la posizione é ottima. È una sorta di ostello, con una piccola reception. Nel patio troverete dei tavolini, sofa e poltrone in stile arabesco sui quali potete mangiare e bere le cose che Vi portate.
− Che peccato! Il palazzo con il suo patio potrebbe essere bellissimo, ma purtroppo é in totale abbandono. Le piante ed il mobilio nel patio sono coperte di polvere e danno da pensare che nessuno le ha mai puliti. Le piante al primo piano sono quasi tutte morte di sete, il mobilio e le decorazioni all'interno messi li senza un gran criterio, anche se si capisce che una volta non era cosi. Tutto fa pensare che chi possede questo palazzo-ostello non se ne cura da anni. Questo si rispecchia non solo nell'arredamento e nelle pulizie, ma anche nel frigo che in teoria sta a disposizione dei clienti, ma che é terribilmente sporco. Il congelatore era pieno di giaccio... Ripeto, mi piangeva il cuore perché il luogo avrebbe tanto charme se non fosse cosi lasciato decadere.
