1.0Son unos sinvergüenzas. Tienes que hacer el check in online. Y si tienes algún problema ...no recibes ninguna ayuda. En mi caso el sensor no detectaba bien el dni. Mande mensaje y no me respondió nadie. Llamé y hable con una operadora de booking que intentó contactalos y tampoco. Por fin , después de muchos intentos, conseguimos hacer el check in... una vez realizado el pago adicional de 4 euros... en teoria, una vez realizado este trámite, tenían que mandarme los códigos de acceso a las instalaciones. Estuvimos una hora delante de la puerta de entrada por si se presentaba alguien o bien recibiamos las instrucciones de entrada... avise que estábamos muy cansados y que no podíamos esperar más. Finalmente, optamos por la única solución posible, irnos a un hotel .... y la sorpresa final, recibo un mensaje, esta mañana, que debo dejar la habitación antes de las 10... de risa !! Pero si no me han dejado entrar. Eso, si !! Pagada si que está!! Ahora a ver si me devuelven el dinero... espero que si. Mi reclamación a booking esta echa. Dicho esto, desaconsejo totalmente este alojamiento, trato humano NO EXISTE!

6.0Location and the terrace were the highlights of this property.
− The major problem was that we couldn’t open the windows in order to ventilate the room. So we were forced to turn on the AC to the highest point and couldn’t sleep well since room is close to the rooftop. Parking is also a minus here.
