The room was perfect for our overnight stop over during our east coast family road trip.
8.0The newly upgraded room was basic and had everything that we needed for our overnight stay. I loved the fact that it had a good size fridge with a freezer, which worked well since we were travelling with a cooler. It is family run and they were very attentive to our needs. They checked in with us after we settled in to ask if we needed anything, like extra towels etc.
− The property is in the middle of being upgraded, with the interior of the rooms being upgraded first. The outside of the property will be getting a facelift, but they aren't quite there yet.

8.0The owner / manager assured me the room would be quiet and he did not disappoint. The owner/management were very polite, attentive, and efficient with all of my interactions, which were very few. The room is basic but quite clean and looks to have been recently updated. The price is equivalent to the amenities, not to mention the manager was very generous in offering a second night at an even better rate than the first and I thankfully accepted it. You will be pleasantly surprised if you stay here, basic money for a basic room.
− The only complaints I have is the room is a bit dimly lit. There is additional lamps and things to brighten it a bit, but a bit brighter main light would be welcomed. The only other complaint I have is the lack of receptacles. I’m not overly techy but being able to plug in 2 devices at the bedside would be nice, only having one available if the lamp is plugged is a bit annoying. Both of those complaints are minor ones.
The staff wears awesome, any questions I had they answered. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. T
