− Nachtlawaai om 6u s,morgens in de gang van andere mensen waar geen reactie op kwam van het hotel. Personeel dat aan de bar staat spreekt geen Nederlands en het Engels was ook niet om over naar huis te schrijven.

1.0personeel was aardig, en wou wel helpen af en toe met de viezigheid, alleen jammer dat ze geen Nederlands konden.
− Bij aankomst trof ik een kamer aan die erg vies was. Er zaten meerdere vlekken op verschillende oppervlakken, er lagen overal haren en de hygiëne was ver onder de maat. Daarnaast was er schimmel aanwezig in de badkamer én zelfs op het bed, wat ik onacceptabel vind. Hierdoor voelde de kamer allesbehalve schoon en comfortabel. Over het algemeen ben ik zeer ontevreden over mijn verblijf. Van een hotel met een 4-sterrenclassificatie mag een veel hogere standaard van netheid, onderhoud en kwaliteit worden verwacht. Helaas heb ik die tijdens mijn verblijf totaal niet ervaren.
