저렴하지만 만족스럽지는 않은 숙소.

안좋았음. 2박 38만원이 싸다면 싼데 딱 수학여행 수준임. 낡은 시설. 업그레이드 안됨. 티비 32인치 20년 넘은.. 요이불도 속에 솜과 겉감이 따로 놀아 벗겨짐. 숙소에 향기는 커녕 퀴퀴한 냄새.. 오죽하면 나머지 하루 포기하고 체크아웃함. 환불도 안됨. 천재지변일때만 가능하다함.

− 여분의 두루마리 휴지도 없을 정도임. 환기를 위해 창문 열려고 갖은 방법을 다써봄. 결국 열긴 했지만 나갈수는 없었고. 프론트에 질문이 있어 내려갔는데 어떤 꼬마가 길길이 날뛰며 소리질러도 제재하는건 없고 주의를 주지도 않음. 어수선한 분위기.

The rare by Korean standards American breakfast was good - cereals (although only sugary ones), eggs, bacon, baked beans, toast, croissant and a great "make your own waffle" machine. Also full Asian breakfast, yoghurt, mango and pomegranate.

− Would have liked more fresh fruit and healthy options eg bran, porridge, chia seeds and brown bread and low fat milk options.

리뉴얼안된 객실인줄 모르고 예약했는데, 기간상 취소환불이 안되는 상황이었어요. 극성수기가 아니라 그런지 리조트측에 상황설명하였더니 리뉴얼된 객실로 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 너무나 기뻤죠. 친절하게 설명해주시고 업그레이드까지 너무나 좋았답니다. 리뉴얼객실은 모던하고 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 저희룸은 B동4층 이었는데 뷰도 나름 괜찮았고 로비로 나가기도 분리수거하기도 편했답니다. 성인4소인2 룸이 2개였는데 하나엔 싱글침대2개, 다른룸엔 더블침대1개, 소파베드한개가 있었어요. 거실엔 소파와 스툴, 일자형 씽크대가 있었구요. 6명이서 괜찮아써요. 가족들 객실1개 여행에 딱이었답니다.

− 화장실이 하나라 살짝불편했지만 적응되었구요. 위아래 방음이 안되는것 같아 시끄러울때가있었어요. 그리고 실외수영장을 이용했는데 별도비용을 지불해야 이용가능한데, 그에 비해 샤워실, 락커룸이 지저분해 놀랐어요. 청소하시는분이 안보이더라구요. 참고바랍니다.

Einzig das Frühstück war sehr gut

− Die Zimmer und der Flur in unserem Wohnbereich waren extrem heruntergewirtschaftet und völlig verwahrlost. Unglaublich dass so etwas als Hotel angeboten wird.

I like that the rooms are big and the outdoors area are pretty. I like the game room too but I wish it is air conditioned. Location is good for the attractions that I was interested in.

− The hotel did not respond to confirm my booking or to answer any of my questions before I traveled there. I was so worried not to receive any message from the hotel that I contacted Booking.com thinking that I got scammed. Given that, the hotel was 1 hour away from the airport and my flight arrived at night, I got scared to travel there and booked another place for my first night instead. All these costed me unnecessary expenses. The resort gave us a free breakfast for the inconvenience. The rooms are not practical. Kids were not happy that they did not have beds but just futons to sleep on. There are no bath towels provided. Showering is challenging because the shower is in a bath tub that has no shower curtain, so water just goes everywhere in the bathroom. The shower head holder was broken causing the shower head to fall on us and hurt us multiple times. The swimming pool is not free, the charge is for a day access rather than the whole stay. It was advertised that there is an airport shuttle but there was none.

리노베이션된 오션뷰에서 묶었는데 방사이즈는 좋았어요

− 수영장이 6시까지밖에 안해서 이용못하고 침대매트리스가 허리가 아팠음.
