9.0− We arrived 2 hours early before check in. We did not ask to check in early. We just wanted to make sure our reservation was registered. After the clerk asked my name, he automatically says our room is ready, you can check in early for $25. Never experienced this before. Please don’t tell me my room is ready but charge me $25 to check in early, unless of course I inquired. Just tell me what time check in is. What an awful policy. If the room is ready, most places are happy to provide exceptional customer service by allowing to enter your room before the scheduled check in.

9.0Great location with lot’s of restaurants close by. Close walk to the main street and park. Hotel is quiet and well kept.

10.0The hotel is right in the downtown core so we could walk everywhere. The hotel has a restaurant attached to it for your convenience. The pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice relaxing way to finish the day. The staff were all friendly.
More Time is Warranted
10.0This was our first experience at the Perth Parkside and I can assure you we will be back. We often take road trips from Ontario to the Atlantic provinces, and Perth can sometimes be a logical stop in our overall journey.
