It's expensive for what you get, but it's very close to Miami University.

Breakfast and location were excellent. Most of the staff were helpful.

− The room hadn't been adequately prepared for our stay, needing the refrigerator serviced, surfaces cleaned (we got a bottle of cleaner and a rag from the desk and did it ourselves), and the bathroom supplied with a new roll of tissue and body wash. The facility is worn and dated, and there are no stairs to the upper floor, which would've been our preference.

The facility was for the most part pretty clean and the location wasn't too bad. Staff was friendly

− The refrigerator in our room didn't work and the air conditioner made an awful noise the entire time. This alone made it slightly uncomfortable. The room was pretty small as well
