− The breakfast was cold and no person to refill the breakfast and saw nobody filling anything for breakfast

1.0− Bathroom need a lot of work in them. Shower was stained. The toilet room rocked went sitting on them No ice machine, no saunas as advertised. Need to be cleaned up more
Very nice. Staff was not visible most of the time.
