2.0This is a roach motel + my room smelled like straight weed. When I went to go to bed that had a roach and a spider on the pillow

− The staff were all very friendly.
Great place to stay anytime but especially during Trade Days.

− The air conditioning didn’t work adequately with temps in the 90’s and high humidity. I asked about just after checked in and was assured it will cool off. When we can back from days events, I didn’t feel safe leaving the room due to type of guests beside us. We tossed and turned all night from the heat. I requested a room within eyesight of office and that wasn’t provided. We had someone messing with our door at 3:30am. The breakfast was not good. We fully complied with our agreement to pay the day cxl fee of the first night and request a refund for the second night
