7.0I was allowed to check in a little early and the staff was very nice when I forgot to turn my key in before 11, even tho I left my room at 8:30 a.m.
− The women's restroom off the atrium was a mess: toilets that didn't work, stall doors with no latches, toilet paper and water on the floor. In general, the hotel appeared to need maintenance.

Lots of potential but needs more work

− The workout facility had all three of their cardio machines broken, the facility needs updated sooner/quicker and is old and not in good condition, our toilet was clogged and didn’t work, there were many toilets out of order in the women’s restroom.
