10.0This hotel is really designed well. Beautiful blue colour concept design. Location is absolutely perfect. Just right front of the night market on the main street. Staffs are very kind and nice. I have got a food poisoning one day( the food was not from this hotel), and a staff took care of me so good and I really think I could not survive without his help. Thank you so much for taking me to the hospital. Breakfast has great selection. They do good coffee too! (I am from Melbourne, trust me!!) I think I booked the cheapest room, but my room was big enough and so clean. Super comfortable.
− No elevator. I tried to use the bathtub for hot tub, but hot water was not enough for use this tub. Maybe hot water last only 15mins? So enough for taking a shower, but not for the tub. I have a cat allergy, and this hotel smell like cat sometimes(not my room, only public area).

9.0Super nice hotel on the main road of Luang Prabang. Super helpful staff, the most friendly and welcoming we met in Laos to be honest. Very good food at the downstairs restaurant (great Pizza!) with many vegan options. The hotel is located on the main road, one of the roads where the monks gather in the early morning and also the nightmarket takes place. Though rooms are very quiet. There is also a rooftop terrace with awesome (sunset) views.

10.0Perfect location, sitting on the balcony watching the night market set up then wandering, shopping and eating then having a cold beer while watching them pack away. Or having something to eat and drink on the roof terrace is just magical. Just a perfect week thank you to all at Indigo House
− The convenience of everything around you. And if you want to nip about the ebikes are easy to set up and use
