10.0The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well.

4.0The location is good to the redwoods. It is easy access to the rest of the town of Garberville. We were given a room that was "poolside" which in concept was nice.
− The room smelled like a smoker had been there. This is common in cheaper places like this. Also, there was no toilet paper, and we had to call the front desk to bring some. Initially, he brought a box of tissues and nervously mumbled something about "can't find." Our poolside room led to a locked gate, held shut by a zip tie. So, not really pool access if you have to walk all the way around. The ground-floor rooms are accessed by a subterranean corridor that is spooky. That place needs a lot more decorations and plants to change the atmosphere. Otherwise, it feels like somewhere you might be murdered.

− Dirty washcloth in shower when we checked in, we ran out of toilet paper - no extra roll. Screen broken, They ran out of food well before breakfast ended and there would have been nowhere to sit if we did get food.

− Upon checking in I was told they didn't have rooms with a pool view as my reservation said. I also went to my room and found a dirty coat in the corner. There were rocks and debris on the carpet. The pool looked dirty.

− We had to wait two hours after check in time for our room to be clean. Some amenities broken (hot tub, ice machine, some windows were broken- couldn’t open or screen bent to allow bugs in). Ants got in our room
