PASS KEY ISSUES

stay was great, just need to get pass key issue fixed had to have key reprogrammed the next moening then when we were leaving I went back to room and key would not work again.

easy check in. Room was clean and quiet. easy check out, parking easy. solo traveler female..felt safe, no issues. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Stay away… BEDBUGS!!!! Checked in at 5:15, when I decided to get in bed, I found a bedbug on the pillow and notified front desk at 9:14 that I’d found a bedbug. Even took it to them in a cup to show them. Asked for a refund due to only being there 4 hrs and the fact they have bedbugs. Was just informed they denied my refund… STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
