Emplacement parfait, tramway et funiculaire très proche, vue magnifique, choix de restaurants bref emplacement idéal
8.0Nous avions une suite avec vue sur le pont de Galata, le Bosphore et les mosquées, magnifique, surtout de nuit avec l’éclairage des mosquées

10.0Posizione top, al centro di tutto. Perfetta per visitare tutte le principali attrazioni e ideale per passare delle splendide serate nelle zone di Galata e Karakoy adiacenti che sono piene di negozi, ristoranti e vita. Tutti i mezzi di trasporto più importanti sono a portata di pochi passi. Menzione particolare alla colazione, veramente ottima, abbondante e sempre varia sulla quale la bravissima signora SEVIM vigilava per far si che non mancasse mai niente! Torneremo sicuramente qui nelle nostre prossime vacanze a Istanbul! Consigliamo vivamente la stanza con balcone con vista Torre di Galata.

− Elegimos este hotel especialmente por las vistas, lo que fue un auténtico error. En Istambul hay muchos rooftop con vistas increíbles. El hotel necesita una reforma y un cambio de decoración. El desayuno se sirve en la terraza pero, atención, básicamente platos turcos. Tuvimos un incidente bastante grave con una empleada del hotel. En el momento del check in se nos informó del horario del desayuno que sería a partir de las 7:30h. En las tarjetas que nos entregaron con las llaves, aparecía que el desayuno se serviría a partir de esa hora. En el check out, dado que nuestro vuelo salía temprano, pregunté en recepción a partir de qué hora podríamos tomar el desayuno. Se nos informó que a partir de las 7:30h. Al día siguiente llegamos al desayuno a las 7:40h, encontramos una empleada del hotel, sirviéndose del buffet para desayunar. Todo estaba organizado y expuesto para consumirse. Muy arrogantemente y sin hablar nada de inglés, nos dijo que tendríamos que esperar hasta las 8h para desayunar. Fue maleducada y nos trató de una forma incorrecta. El responsable apareció y obvio pudimos desayunar mientras la escuchábamos reírse y sin un pedido de disculpas por parte del responsable. Una vergüenza.

9.0The staff were exceptional —so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Sefa went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. Everyone, especially Sefa, was always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the rooftop views at breakfast were breathtaking. The staff and location made our stay memorable, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
− The rooms could use renovation, especially the bathrooms. The hair dryer wasn’t powerful enough, and the towels looked worn and could use replacing.
