Friendly folks; a little bit of funk.
8.0Great communication with Russell the owner. Friendly staff persons as well. Facilitated late night check in. The pool was very clean and warm. We didn't use it, but those who did were very satisfied I think.
− The facilities are a little down in the heel. Basic cleanliness was good, but longer term maintenance issues should be addressed. The door to the breakfast/kitchen area for example, needs cleaning and paint. Really it should be replaced as it is rotting out at the base. Handles on an area like that really should be clean and presentable. I can see how they just get used to it, but it needs some attention. Likewise the a/c unit in the room need a good vacuuming to clean out the accumulated dust on the inside of the apparatus.
