City break in Istanbul (budget friendly)

Camera de hotel de medie ca si confort, asta se reflecta in pret. Locatia este foarte buna, aproape de majoritatea atractiilor turistice, restaurante si magazine. La ultimul etaj este o priveliste frumoasa spre Bosfor.

− Peretii sunt afectati de apa si se decojeste vopseaua. Frigiderul si TV-ul nu functioneaza. Fierbatorul este murdar. Usile balconului nu se inchid foarte bine, iar pe timpul noptii se aude galagia de la restaurante.

Temizlikçi kadının ve Türkmen gencin nezaketi ve çabası..

− Benim görüşüm: Bir daha asla! Bu kadar kötü bir otel için çok ama çok pahalı; neredeyse her şey kırık, eski veya kalitesiz. Burada hiçbir şey yenilenmiyor veya tamir edilmiyor. Odalar o kadar küçük ki en fazla bir kişi için uygun. Kapılar ucuz olduğu için otomatik olarak sertçe kapanıyor ve etrafında büyük boşluklar var; bu yüzden sigara içenlerin gürültüsü ve kokusu odaya doluyor. Merdiven boşluğundaki her şey duyuluyor, bu yüzden hiçbir gece uyunmuyor. Pencereler ne ses yalıtımlı ne de düzgün kapanıyor. Banyo tam bir felaket; duştan su taşıyor ve tüm banyo su altında kalıyor, duşun kapısı kapanmıyor ve sürekli açılıyor. Klima ikide bir bozuluyor. Üst veya alt odalarda sigara içildiğinde, koku havalandırmadan odaya sızıyor; gerçekten kusulacak gibi. Bana öyle geliyor ki burada sadece para kazanılmak isteniyor ama yenileme veya onarım için tek bir kuruş bile harcanmak istenmiyor? Burada tatil veya dinlenme diye bir şey yok; aksine gürültüden uykusuz geceler, sigara kokusundan kötü bir ruh hali ve sıfır konfor var.

Уборка в номера всегда была чистой, Анеля лучшая !

Хотим с большой благодарностью поблагодарить отель и персонал отеля, спасибо огромнейшее Анале, она нас встретила и во всем помогла. Сам отель находится в центре в 2 шага метро, трамвай и рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Персонал в отеле очень добрый, хотим поблагодарить Аналю она помогала во всем, она всегда очень чисто убиралась в нашем номере и всегда давала советы куда сходить, где лучше разменять деньги, она очень вежливый и добрый человек, спасибо ей. В целом весь персонал отеля был очень добр к нам, включая тех кто сидел на ресепшен, они также были очень вежливы с нами и не отказывали в помощи ! Сам номер нам попался с видом на улицу а также Босфор, мы очень остались довольны чистотой номера и местоположением отеля, очень влюбились на наш вид с балкона и местоположение отеля. Спасибо большое Анеле и всему персоналу за хороший прием и время ! 🥹 Будем скучать по этим местам!!!

На ресепшене сидит девушка туркменка вроде если не ошибаюсь. Вот она вежливая и очень приветливая. Спасибо ей очень.

− Номер 302 стены были грязные и немного растрепанные номера:( по этому кажется что номер грязный. Уделите внимание на номера, покрасьте их, не хейт сразу пишу. Не большой совет от клиента 😉
