7.0I like all the staff they are all good and nice and I also like the price of the room rate.they are perfect.and I do also like you provide the traditional beverages, jamu, it was great.the breakfast also great, i love it.thank you.
− the water dispenser next to the trash can, thats not acceptable ok.please separate that trash can and water dispenser.please.and please always clean the water dispenser.thank you. the view from our room is not that good cause we saw many terrible power pole and if you would be able to cut that little twigs in front of the hotel we might see the mountain view.thank you.

8.0Suasana hotel cukup baik. Bersih. Menu BF rasanya enak. Kamar cukuo bersih, walaupun sebagian tembok2nya perlu diperbaiki. Staff sangat membantu.
− Ukuran kamar utk tipe Smart Queen bed agak kecilan drpd yg tipe Smart Twin Bed.
