− Essen am Buffet war nicht immer frisch: Salat bereits braun angelaufen. Käsescheiben schon so vertrocknet, dass sie sich nsch obrn gebogen haben. Und: Wenn bei den hartgekochten Eiern das Eigelb aussen blau ist, dann weiss eigentlich jede Hausfrau, an was es liegt. Das war jeden Tag so.
