Rediculous experience

It’s ridiculous that driver didn’t show up this morning and luckily the home stay owner helped me to call a taxi in a last minute to help me didn’t miss any flights including one connecting flight and one international flight It’s totally unacceptable and costed me enough another 90 euro !! I need you to pay what I lost ASAP
