8.0Great location, and facilities and rooms. Wonderful breakfast and view from the dining room and helpful staff in dining room.
− Staff were very friendly, but not organized and at times not very knowledgable- not having operating systems down. When we checked out they did not ask for payment and called our taxi after the fact. We certainly want to pay, but when you check out is they job of staff to present the customer the bill.
Easy location from bus station and hospitable staff
10.0Really liked how hospitable the staff was in helping me find an express laundry, was always happy and greeting us, and the accommodations were warm for the area. Breakfast we only enjoyed once due to our schedule.

− At one point the toilet wouldn’t flush but it got sorted on its own.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
