− Couldn't access the room and when I called for help I had to wait 20 minutes for a call back. Room was dated, bed uncomfortable and WiFi patchy.

10.0A gem! Easy self check in process. Access to the property is via keypad, as is to your room. Perfect location, a 5 minute walk to the train station. Approx 15 minutes from Adrian Flux Waterfront, purpose of my stay. Extremely comfortable bed. I felt safe in the property. I never heard anyone else during my stay.

It was pleasant for what we were looking for at a distant price during the school holidays
7.0The room was clean and comfortable with ensuite facilities, which gave you what you needed and ok. The best part was the location of the hotel overlooking the river and within walking distance to the city. The hotel is on a busy raod and can be noisy.
− The curtains aren't great at blocking out the light for nightime sleeping but got us up early to have a more fuller day.

− Not sure we like the remoteness of booking on line a d having no personal contact with staff.
Please note that there are no elevator facilities in the guest house. All rooms are accessible via stairs onto the first and second floors. There are also stone steps with a hand rail leading up to the entrance.
Parking is available on street in a zoned area. The Hotel has a limited number of permits at GBP 5 per night (check for availability and written reservation confirmation prior to arrival).
Please be aware that Riverside Hotel is city based and the front-facing rooms can experience traffic noise.
Depending on room type and availability, some guests may be accommodated in the nearby annex.
