10.0Erlebnisenergie der besonderen Klasse. Echter Luxus auf einem Vulkan im Regenwald zu schlafen! Märchenhaft! Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Toll, dass wir vorab angefragt wurden, Frühstück zu bestellen. Natürlich mit Hawaiianischen Fruchten.

9.0We wanted something close to the volcano national park, and this was. The manager was very helpful and have us some ideas regarding eating establishments and the national park, that was very helpful.

It seems like the B&B managers have either run out of steam or don’t care anymore.
3.0Location was great. The staff was “matter of fact.” Room was old basic. There was no bureau to put our clothes in. We stayed with our 11 year old granddaughter. One chair in the room no table to eat breakfast which we were supposed to microwave. Then the power went out as we were trying to do so.
− The grounds and character of the place was great. The furnishings were old & not special. There were no helpful instructions (wifi, local restaurants, etc.) in the room. I was instructed to take a photo of them in the office. The breakfast was good if we didn’t have to cook it in our room with no place to comfortably eat it. The takeaway lunch was great.
