A perfect place to stay
10.0We had an amazing stay at Ai Lumi and would love to come back. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. We arrived late for check-in, but everything was made so easy thanks to the clear instructions, photos, and videos showing exactly how to access the property. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. It was served outdoors in a beautiful, charming street, making every morning a wonderful experience. The breakfast was generous and varied, with fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, cold cuts, cakes, and freshly baked croissants. We could also order delicious cappuccinos, which made it even better. The hotel has an authentic Italian charm and a wonderful atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality, kindness, and excellent service. You truly made our stay special. We highly recommend Ai Lumi and hope to return again soon.
Not quite what I believed I had booked.
6.0Staff were very friendly, the location was good, in centre and within short walk to harbour. The room decoration was nice and the balcony in the upper floor was large.
− The bed mattress was uncomfortable, pillows were old, weary and lumpy. Also, in my booking confirmation it said 1 large double bed and 1 single bed, but it only had one double bed and one sheet. Sofa was weary and uncomfortable to sit in. Bathroom, specially the shower cubicle was small and not really a clean one. Now ventilation in the bathroom, so in the summer it became close to unbearable to use it. Airconditioner was very loud.

7.0La stanza era piccola e non c'era l'ascensore. Pur essendo al 1 piano c'erano 3 rampe di scale ed è stato scomodo per il bagaglio. Nel bagno c'era il tipico odore di sifone secco, consiglio un deodorante per ambienti

− The value for money. I paid 375£ for 2 nights, because the last room available was a suite. The room was big and well decorated. However for this room rate I expect to have at least a bottle of water to welcome the guests, not just one mini bottle of shampoo and shower gel for two guests for two nights. The breakfast was good, the jams were homemade but we got single use plastic glasses for the drinks, this is not environment friendly.
