We had the most fantastic time in Cagliari staying in this roomey appartement. We received a warm welcome from Fabrizio, who also gave us recommendations for both restaurants and beaches. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, espresso machine, air conditioning, two large bedrooms, TV, WIFI to name a few. Before we arrived I was a little nervous about the parking options, but you quickly get to know the area and you can always find a space a few blocks from the apartment (free or paid parking).

Siamo stati benissimo appartamento situato in una zona tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito posizione comoda con negozi bar e ristoranti vicina dal centro di Cagliari.Appartamento dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Fabrizio poi una persona disponibilissima.Siamo stati benissimo.grazie di tutto ❤️

Amazing Host. Always had the kitchen stocked for guest and everything you need. Better than staying at a hotel. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay again for bext visit.

I liked it very much! A good, friendly owner, we corresponded several times, when I had questions, he always answered quickly. Lovely, cozy room, good location, quiet area. Everything is very clean. Large selection for breakfast, many different sweets! Everything went great! I will definitely recommend it!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Fabrizio est de très bons conseils, nous n’avons manqué de rien, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les vélos électriques à notre disposition. L’appartement est très bien situé. L’ensemble est d’un très bon qualité-prix.
