I got there at 8 am and I was not able to check in until after 3pm I had to pay extra $30 dlls to book in at 12 and it’s

− That when you book the stay they don’t tell you there is a 100 DLL deposit per room. You can’t check in early.
Overall in it was good eccept for a few things.
8.0Didn't eat breakfast there and everything was good
− Wasn't able to get clean towels had to call down for towels, no pen and paper in the room by the phones, no microwave in the rooms, and no indoor pool. Also, housekeeping never cleaned our rooms when we left for the entire day. We should not have to call and ask to have our rooms cleaned, so we kept it cleaned ourselves the entire stay. I also, video our rooms so no one says we took anything or messed it up. I want my full deposit backyard.
