الموقع جيد والفيلا ممتازة لكن التنظيم سيء

− خدمة التنظيف غير جيدة، تم التواصل اكثر من مرة مع الاستقبال لتنظيف الغرفة لكن مع الأسف لم يتم توفير خدمة التنظيف لمدة ثلاثة أيام مع أن الاستقبال اخبرنا ان الموظف سيأتي فوراً. شاطئ النسائي الخاص: كانت الحمامات جداً متسخة ( كان هناك وزغ في المغاسل) ولم يتم توفير أدنى المتطلبات فيها مثل مناديل الحمام، الموسيقى جدا مزعجة و عالية، لم يتم احترام آداب الذوق العام ولا بالزي المناسب للسباحة، المسبح لم يكن نظيف وكان مليان شعر، الشاطئ والبحر كان ممتلئ بالقاذورات والنفايات.
