10.0Management went above and beyond with our special request for children's activities, to ensure there were activities (puzzles, colouring, games...) ready and waiting for our kids when we arrived! The items provided were perfectly suited to the ages of our children and so appreciated! All the staff we encountered were cheerful and pleasant!
