2.0Old pillows that need to be trashed. I brought my own. Brown towels that used to be white. Surfaces didn't appear clean so I took care of it. They didnt want to check me out early or at least give paperwork that says I left the room in good condition. That was painful just to get a printout for checking out.

4.0The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. There were no bed-side lamps. Bathroom door was damaged, toilet not properly attached to the floor, toilet paper location awkward. Bathroom floor dirty.
