10.0فندق رائع جداً و جميع الموظفين فيه خدومين للغاية بداءً من خدمة صف السيارات فالفندق يوفر خدمة صف السيارات للنزلاء مجاناً و هذه ميزة عالية في فنادق اسطنبول. اضف الي انه بالامكان المشي بالاقدام مسافة اقل من 10 دقائق ثم عبور الطريق للتوجه الجهة الاخرى من الشارع العام الي مطعمين على البحر للاستمتاع بالفطور هناك و مشاهدة او تأكيل البط، اضف الي ذلك اذا استمريت في المشي دون قطع الطريق فسوف تصل الي تلفريك ايوب سلطان و منه تصعد الي تبة بيرلوتي حيث المنظر الجميل الذي يطل على البوسفور. ثم التوجه الي مسجد الصحابي الجليل ابو ايوب الانصاري و ساحة المسجد و المحلات الشعبية الجميلة هناك.

− تعامل الموظفين سيء للغاية طلبت منهم ماء قالولي خذوا من لوبي بار يعني ندفع فلوس عليه ، وموقع غير جيد بعيد عن الأماكن ، و طلبت منهم غرف متصلة قالوا غير متوفره على مدار اليومين . موظفينهم ما يعرفون يتعاملون مع العملاء بشكل جيد .

10.0Title: Amazing Stay! Luxury at a Great Price ⭐️ I had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, very clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. What makes this hotel even more special is that it offers a luxurious experience at a very reasonable price. It’s truly great value for money! This hotel has become my first choice whenever I visit Istanbul, and I honestly wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. I always feel comfortable and welcomed here. Highly recommended! I will definitely keep coming back. Thank you for the amazing hospitality! ❤️
Not worth for the money and better don’t go for breakfast
3.0Nothing much except the view of water from the room
− Breakfast was a disaster not at all worthy. No proper toiletries and what provided was so cheap in quality and not impressive. The hairdryer’s sound was like a helicopter. Overall the hotel is not worth for the price. Overrated hotel not even have the standard of a three star

− BREAKFAST is a DISASTER NO proper toiletries and what provided was so cheap in quality. Hair dryer sounded like a helicopter The mattress wasn’t comfortable. It’s too hard and you will end up with a back pain
