− Extremadamente básico. Pagamos 700€ por una habitación que parecía cuarto de hospital, básico, simple, hotel muy frío e impersonal.

9.0La posizione , veramente strategica, di fronte al mercado de Barcelo’. I dintorni sono ricchi di cafeterie e pasticcerie, non abbiamo quindi usufruito della colazione (15€ per persona).
− Un design estremamente freddo, impersonale, sia delle zone comuni che delle stanze. Ad esempio il tavolino della stanza era inclinato (credo per motivi estetici) tanto da impedirne l’utilizzo.

8.0У отеля есть своя парковка, где можно развернуться, рядом есть и общественная платная. Не плохой европейский завтрак (стандартный набор), сок апельсиновый свежий, кофемашина (но кофе мне не понравился). Номер просторный, кровать удобная, матрас и подушки комфортные, чистые.
− Для четырёх звёзд не хватало одноразовых тапочек в номере. Чайник можно вскипятить только под столом- это озадачило. В гостевом чайном наборе стояла пустая(использованная) капсула из под сливок..

10.0Carla at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful. Very valuable staff member . Excellent breakfast . Great coffee and no waiting ( 3 machines).
− Can’t think of anything worth mentioning. Quiet room, good bed . Bathroom was definitely sufficient.
Decent hotel in Madrid
7.0Great location, close to two metro stations and in walking distance to Gran Via.
− Insulation. Or the lack of insulation. Across the street, there’s a market and one of their escalators was malfunctioning and made a squeaking noise all night and one could hear it as if inside the room. Lighting is also weird. Only white/cold lights, making it feel less cosy.

7.0Hotel básico, estilo hotel para convenções. A localização é boa e em 25-30 minutos a pé se chega ao centro de Madrid. Há um bom mercado logo em frente ao hotel e o acesso ao metro também é fácil (cerca de 6 minutos a pé) O café da manhã incluído na diária é bem básico e sem muito charme.
− Como todos os hotéis em Madrid é caro pelo que oferece. O salão do café da manhã é bem barulhento.
