10.0Great location if you want to be in the historic centre, literally next to the famous theatre. The best breakfast I have enjoyed in 6 months travelling.

4.0Le petit déjeuner toujours bien , personnel sympathique au restaurant
− J'ai demandé de préparer notre chambre pour 15h nous sommes arrivés après un long voyage 20h de voyage .. La chambre n'était pas prête, nous étions 3 que deux places pour dormir . Nous avons parlé avec la réception qui s'est limite moquée de nous . Je suis remonté dans la chambre et nous avions la mauvaise surprise la climatisation coule donc tâche d'eau par terre ... Nous avions demandé de trouver une solution , la réception nous a changé de chambre donc cette fois chambre était bien conforme à ce que nous attendions . Une chambre pour 2 personnes , j'ai redemandé a l'accueil d'avoir une place pour une 3 ème personnes pendant que nous allions faire une promenade. 4h après notre retour à l'hôtel toujours pas de 3eme place pour dormir ,au bout de 4 demandes nous avions une chambre avec 3 places pour dormir . C'est tellement dommage car nous avons renversé d'autre jours pendant notre séjour pas sur qu'on revienne après ce service plus que médiocre .
