6.0− Crec que és un bon hotel, pèrò li falta una renovació. L'esmorzar el vaig trobar una mica pobre.
Peaceful Oasis
9.0I loved this hotel. The entrance is beautiful and creates a deep connection with nature, especially around the pool area. It is very peaceful, and I was able to fully relax. I especially enjoyed the room with the 360-degree balcony and the little geckos around, which added a lovely touch to the experience. I loved the bathroom as well. The location is excellent, away from the noise of the main center, but close enough to move around easily.

6.0Het personeel was stond direct voor je klaar bij vragen aan de receptie! Daarnaast vragen zij dagelijks of de kamer schoongemaakt dient te worden.
− Er zit geen lift in de accommodatie, dus koffers dien je via de trap te tillen. Bovendien troffen wij een vieze kamer aan bij aankomst. Denk hierbij aan een dode sprinkhaan in de kamer, een bad vol zand, en vlekken op het beddengoed. Wij hebben daarna een nieuwe kamer aangeboden gekregen, waar nog wat vlekken op de kussens zaten, maar die werden vervangen na vragen hierover. Wij hadden gevraagd om een transfer, echter, de organisatie reageerde in de 2 dagen voor aankomst niet meer op berichten via Booking.com. Ook via het 'urgente' telefoonnummer ontvingen wij geen antwoord. Dat is erg jammer en viel enorm tegen. De muren zijn dun. Wij werden wakker van een ruziënd stel dat de trap op liep.

10.0I liked how it was close to the centre of town but also you could get quieter nights because it was directly in the centre, staff were outstanding and SO FRIENDLY! Beds were comfortable and just overall so happy with how I was treated like a queen!
− There could be more sunshine in the pool area but that is OKAY because the pool was still amazing
