− we konden niet inchequen, we hadden volgens het automaat niet gereserveerd. we moesten bellen bij problemen, maar er werd niet opgenomen. toen we naar buiten liepen bleek er ergens op de 2e verdieping een receptie te zijn. die was echter ook gesloten. maar toch maar op de bel gedrukt. gelukkig was er iemand. we zijn goed geholpen, maar de uitleg was simpel, de booking was niet verwerkt.
